The dictionary definition of loyalty is "the state of being loyal, faithful to commitments or obligations". In our topic it states that loyalty can have a negative influence too. Let discuss this below

In my opinion, loyalty in its purest form is not harmful. However loyalty mixed with greed or wrong intentions can cause harm to the another person. For example a doctor who is prescribing his patients who trust him drugs that can lead to addiction forcing the patient to return every time to buy those drugs. In this manner the doctor is going to make more money. Another manner in which loyalty can have a negative influence is if we follow blindly and get on the wrong path with the wrong people who mislead us or due to peer pressure at college or work,
